Support is available 24 hours a day with a live technical support service
available, they have an awesome support page on the website which
includes community forums, where customers help each others. There is a trouble shooter guide, which allows you
to go through a series of specific questions in the hope of finding an
answer. There is also big knowledge base with different categories through which you can browse.
customers have the ability to submit a question via a ticket system which operates on a priority basis and which can be
followed up by checking the ticket status. They also post any announcements on the support page or you can
get these sent to you directly through email. There are also several tutorials in the form of easy to use step by step guides.
Conclusion
Startlogic don’t seem to offer you anything special in the way of ease of
use with control panels as do some of the web hosting packages I have looked
at, they do however have an excellent support system with clear easy ways of finding a solution
to your problems and at the time of writing this review setup is free for a limited time.
